Refunds & Exchanges
Blue Moon Hemp products purchased via wholesale or distributor pricing may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price minus cost of shipping.
Product must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund.
The product received will be totaled based on the purchase price minus any unreturned “free product”. Free product will be deducted from the refund amount at the original purchase price if not received in the return.
If an entire order is being returned for a complete refund, we expect to receive all collateral back as well including displays and banners. Customer will be charged $99 for each display and $25 for each banner not returned.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs for all returns that require a refund.
1. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer. Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.
2. Usually, refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. If you have any questions regarding our return/refund process, feel free to Contact Us or call 888-3223-0420.
Exchanges will be approved within 60 days of the original purchase date. You must pay for shipping to BMH and include a note inside the box as to the reason for the exchange, your account rep’s name and what items you would like in exchange. Blue Moon Hemp will cover the cost of shipping back the products for exchange. We will not ship any products in advance of an exchange.
If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We strive to make all of the Blue Moon Hemp customers satisfied in every way. If you feel that your reason for returning the product or requesting refund is valid, we will listen carefully to your request and respond in a timely and courteous manner.
